INSTAENG DOCUMENTATION
Training Policy for Financial Year 2021/2022
1.1. At instaENG we ensure all our staff undergo the necessary training to excel in their positions. This makes for top-tier service, and a strong and enriching working environment - and we see these as two crucial and complementary parts of our business operations. This document defines the procedures to be adopted by those responsible for providing staff training or assessing staff for their training needs.
1.2. The methods are designed to ensure that comprehensive training records are maintained. This means our workforce and clients can call on us at any time for evidence of the calibre of our employees’ talent. Keeping exhaustive training records enables us to conduct regular reviews to determine ongoing training needs.
